Note: I am a one woman show, and as such I accept a limited number of monthly clients to have on retainer. This leaves me with the availability to offer site audits, keyword research, ppc management services, and WordPress set-up services.

Depending on the size of your site, and the services I feel would be necessary for monthly maintenance, I may be able to offer you pricing information and take you on. If not, I can refer you to other recommended and reputable SEO providers that may have availability. Also note that I never accept “referral fees”. Anyone I recommend I do so because I know they have the knowledge and skills necessary to put my recommendations into place.
My monthly maintenance includes your choice(s) of the following services:
Traffic monitoring and reporting:
Monthly monitoring of traffic through an analytics program, finding any issues that could be causing your site to not receive the traffic it should, and submit recommendations on how to fix any issues.
Keyword monitoring and reporting:
This includes tracking of your main keywords as well as several secondary keywords within the search engines to determine if there have been any changes to position. If any keywords fall in rankings, I research the possible reasons why, and provide that information in a report as well as any recommendations I have toward improving your rankings.
Link monitoring:
Track and monitor your inbound links to report on new links attained as well as find broken links that can be fixed.
Link acquisition:
My link acquisition services are white hat only, meaning I do not offer paid link services or spam link services which involve rented links, posting on forums, commenting on blogs or getting listed in tons of directories. If you are looking for these types of services, go elsewhere.
Through my monthly link acquisition service, I locate and implement ways to provide you with permanent, quality incoming links. I do this through the following methods:
- Researching industry sites and niche directories that would provide high quality links to your site
- Find quality sites that your competitors receive links from and determine if they would also link to you
- Press Release submission to the best press release services – I will provide you with tips for creating an engaging, as well as search engine optimized press release. If you want me to write press releases for you, this is extra.
- Article submission – I will provide you with a list of keywords you should develop quality articles around and submit these. If you want me to do the work and write quality content for you, this is extra.
- Guest post submissions – I will do the legwork and find industry blogs, zines and magazines that accept content submissions. I will then provide you with the types of topics you should consider writing and some keywords you should consider using. If you want me to write and submit the content for you, this is extra.
- Monitoring competitors sites and to see ways they are generating links and suggest content creation strategies and linkbait ideas that will allow your site to gain strong, organic inbound links.
- Monthly report on all links requested, and all links attained for that month as well as previous months work.
Brand monitoring
Monitoring your brands presence and sentiment online, and providing you with suggestions on what steps to take if there is negative sentiment.
Social Media Monitoring
Monitoring social media influence, reach and overall sentiment as well as providing you with suggestions on continued improvements you can make.
