Handling the whole hiring process:
I will post the job ads for you in order to clearly explain the details of the job function at hand. All responses will go to me, and based on their resume and industry experience I will interview them over the phone, through a customized SEO test they must take, or a combination of both to thoroughly test and understand the extent of their knowledge and experience. I will then choose the best candidates so you can continue with your interview process and hire the person you feel would be the best fit.
Handle part of the process:
- You can send your top candidates to me for a test, and I will provide you with their score results and my recommendations
- I can do an additional interview with your candidates by phone, asking them a variety of questions which will provide detail about their knowledge and experience.
- I can give you a list of interview questions you can ask, and detail what the best types of answers would include
- I can take part in the interviewing process with you via speaker phone
- I can come to your location to interview them directly, or take part in the interview process with you.
- Sometimes, companies opt for a more subtle method involving me providing them a list of questions to ask, while having me on speaker phone (muted) and privately giving my thoughts about the candidate after the interview.
